Comment:
Together with bands like PYAEMIA, INSISION, DISAVOWED, VISCERAL BLEEDING or GOREROTTED, we must now include spanish HUMAN MINCER!!

Their incredible debut album "Embryonized" brings us a lethal dose of brutal Death Metal in the vein of bands like DISGORGE (usa), BRODEQUIN, SUFFOCATION, PYREXIA...

9 songs brutally executed with a pounding and ultra-heavy production that will undoubtely lead them to the elite together with the consecrated names of this style!!
Succubus Webzine (bra) 01.06.2003
Human Mincer comes from Spain and it was formed in 1996, but just in 1999 it recorded your first material, the entitled demo Visceral Grostesque Extraction. Already the second work vein in 2001, this demo took the title of Putrefying your Agony. In 2002 David (Drums), Antonio (Bass), Miguel (Guitar) and Carlos (Vocal), they enter in studio and they record your first full entitled album Embryonized, that counts with 9 compositions in a total of 30 minutes. The presented sound is a Brutal Death Metal, with guitars expelling powerful riffs, a captivating bass, a battery really brutal and technical, everything being completed for vocal rude and guttural. The sound is not just beating, it possesses cadenced and exciting parts, and we can say that the sonority reached in this production it is extremely heavy, turning like this still your sound more brutal. Human Mincer plays your Brutal Death Metal following the line of American bands, here we found good doses of Suffocation, Disgorge (USA), Brodequin and Deeds of Flesh. Of the 9 compositions the ones that more she highlighted they were: Cerebral it Tortures, Embryonized and Son of Decay. If the band continues soon in that road it will be consecrated as one greater name of the style.

An ultra brutal, super heavy, grinding Death Metal… ladies and gentlemen, Human Mincer from Spain. The band is said to be some sort of a bastard child of Disgorge (US), Brodequin, Suffocation and Pyrexia deathically – and as I have only heard the two latter mentioned groups previously, I can only say, either Suffocation or Pyrexia they obviously are not. But yeah, some similarities to those two bands can be found especially from the band´s riff department and blast beat section.
Unfortunately, in the very same breath I also have to confess openly, Human Mincer´s gory and grinding Death Metal is probably too much for me. I can, however, somehow still deal with the music itself, but it´s Carlos' very inhuman vocal parts on EMBRYONIZED that I´m actually having a hard times dealing with. He sounds like he is being buttfucked by a half dozen of gay demons with their 12-inch sabres or something. He performs his totally fucked-up guttural growls and extremely wrecked and insane shrieks throughout the whole album 30-something-minutes. He sounds like he´s not from this world…
Human Mincer isn´t for everyone. I honestly confess to be one of these poor chickens who just couldn´t become friends with the band´s furious ´vomit, guts & blood´ -attacks on ENBRYONIZED even if I certainly tried my best. They made mincemeat of me without mercy and I´m not certain whether I will beg for the same treatment ever again. Too much is simply too much…

Spanish band at its best! This band knows how to deliver Brutal Death Metal to the highest level! Spain`s Human Mincer plays Brutal Death Metal in the vein of Disgorge(US), Pyrexia, Suffocation etc but a little faster than their mentors. I haven`t heard their previous releases before this but they were known to play Death/ Thrash before converting themselves to Brutal Death Metal. But hey, that doesn`t mean that they couldn`t survive in the scene (Death Metal scene I mean). They have done their best with the release of "Embryonized". 9 well-executed songs are offered in this album. The vocalist Carlos have a gore-like vocal style. I have no idea where did they find the drummer (from hell I think haha!) but I'm impressed with his drumming... fucking brutal! He nicely arrange the parts and his double bass work is quite fast and impressive. Good production, they have got heavy sound but I can still listen to every single riffs the guitarist is playing. To say the least, this is a great Brutal Death Metal album... another great band from Spain after Avulsed!

Spain!?! Fuck yeah, who could haven guess a bunch of toreadors could evolves towards extreme brutal music in the vein of Disgorge and Disavowed evocating an emotionless massacre in a prubescent school. The only solution is the suicide. Osti d'vie d'côliss!!! Euh... Could you imagine hi-speed bassdrums teaming up the quick blast beat, supported by low tuned guitars raping technic exploitation of the playing hands and an engorged sow as vox?

Brutal death metal in the veins of "Disgorge", "Suffocation" etc, etc. You know the drill, just heavy guitar riffs, rolling double base parts combined with blast parts and a deep grunt to fill it. Meet the Spanish band called "Human Mincer".
This new band is a part of the "xtreem music" family of "Dave Rotten"( former Repulse rec.). They started 5 years ago with playing death/thrash. After a while they changed their style into brutal death metal and released 2 demo's.
This is their first full length album called "Embryonized". A nice drawing of some embryo monsters filling the cover. The music is far from original though they use 2 kind of grunts, a deep one and a bit original squeezed grunt.
"Human Mincer" perfectly fits in to the whole new brutal scene with bands like: Disavowed, Pyaemia, Severe Torture, Visceral Bleeding, Brodequin, etc. Those bands are spreading over Europe now with their intense and brutal piece of music. You can say: "it's one of those bands again; same style, same artworks, same ideas, same brutal piece of music". But what the hell, why trying to be original and making some weird kind of metal that doesn't make any sense, instead of just blasting your brains out with this fine, well produced good sounding death metal.
My only complain about the CD was the fact it was irritating to listening to the promo-CD. Because only the first 3 songs finished. The other 6 were faded out after 2 or 3 minutes, because they are afraid the reviewers would put the CD on the internet. In my opinion they didn't had to do this, because most of the metal freaks are to lazy to do this, especially me.
My last words for you: If you are into all the bands I mentioned above, go to the website of the label and order this CD. You won't be disappointed!

What cheek! This is really annoying! Xtreem Music arose from the ashes of Repulse Records and obviously Dave Rotten is afraid of bootleggers. Could the same thing happen to Xtreem Music he experienced with Repulse? Consequently, they sent out promos with only 3 songs in full length. The remaining 6 songs are just edit versions. Long ones, but still… On one hand Dave demands in depth reviews and on the other hand we get something like this. Everybody afraid of mp3 bootlegging should send promos to me, I’m just too stupid and lazy for mp3. Shall I talk about HUMAN MINCER a little as well? Well, allright, then. Each and every band seems to be jumping on today’s band waggon. There are so many CDs and demos around sounding like DISGORGE, DEEDS OF FLESH or SUFFOCATION presently that it really gets boring. Something Dave himself criticized not too long ago when we had that controversy about AVULSED. I’m puzzled. HUMAN MINCER belong to the frog noise department. Doesn’t scare me anymore. Instead, there is some kind of monotony coming up although the band quite successfully tries to vary their style. 'Cerebral Torture' starts quite fast, then comes up with an even faster blast passage (in German I’d call it a rabbit fuck) which turns into some rolling double bass groove. On 'Death By Infestation' the groovy part is much heavier. Cool bass part, by the way, and the blast riff is making me dizzy. Similar recipe for 'Repugnant Desire'. At this point my attention usually is fading until the next one, namely the title track starts hammering me into the seat. Here DISGORGE (US) are clearly shining through. Doomy and sinister atmosphere. Then the edit version is over leaving me standing with dropped pants. I was just getting into it! And of course from then on this happens all the time! 'Son Of Decay' directly reminds me of 'She Lay Gutted' itself, you know, where the screams are coming through. To sum it up: just when I was about to rediscover my faible for frog noise, the label’s policy prevented me from that. Still I would say that HUMAN MINCER delivered some good stuff in case you can’t wait for new DISGORGE, MALIGNANCY, DISAVOWED, BEHEADED, DESPONDENCY… material. These Spanyards produce good stuff for addicts.

“Embryonized” appears to be the first release by Spain’s Xtreem Music – which has been formerly known as Repulse Records. Can you recall any crap this record company had ever made available? I can’t. Fortunately enough, Dave still seems to have a good taste in music… and even if I generally don’t like grindcore, I liked “Embryonized”. Perhaps, because HUMAN MINCER aren’t not grindcore at 100%? ;-) Well, the CD these chaps made their debut with definitely isn’t a masterpiece. Just a good piece of brutal, in-your-face death / gr… well, what? Death / grind? Or nevertheless… grindcore? Who cares… You? Erh, I don’t. It’s just for you to know: I don’t give a damn where “Embryonized” should be reckoned to, in terms of style or genre. It’s extremely fast-paced, it’s fast-paced, and it’s MUSIC – not some goddamn noise. However, be it good or bad, two of the upcoming releases on Xtreem are going to beat HUMAN MINCER anyway. Mexico’s DISGORGE and Russia’s ROSSOMAHAAR… wouldn’t their offerings turn out as way more impressive than “Embryonized” is (and believe me, it’s pretty much good!)? I guess they would.

After 2 sucessfull promos, here comes roaring one of the most brutal and technical bands from Madrid, Spain: Human Mincer!. Despite being so young, these sickos (I think they´re now 4 on the band) provide quality death metal on its most brutal way. Having in mind bands such as Disgorge (USA), Insision, Brodequin (from the first album) or even Disavowed. It means: technical brutal death metal played fast and overall brutal as fuck. Not groovy melodies, not trendy riffs, just raw and catchy brutality.
I think this recording is so good balanced, with cool guitar sound and present bass, but a bit low drum sound, that on fastests parts cannot distinguish so well the drum beatings. But fear not, brutality explodes in every riff, and when something is brutal and have the quality this one has sound is not a problem.
It´s good listening to this kind of bands, because they hold the future of the underground on their instruments. But it´s a pitty not having the oportunity of listening to this work complete. Why?. Because the label (Xtreem Music, bornt from the ashes of Repulse Recs) cut most of songs in order to avoid mp3 bootleging...
