8th album from 2019 by Madrid's AVULSED, one of the longest-running and most representative bands in European Death Metal. Conceived as a monumental celebration of the band's 25th anniversary, “Deathgeneration” is a double album featuring 18 tracks from throughout their career, taken from albums, EPs and demos, completely re-recorded with the lineup of the time and given the heaviest and most crushing sound the band has ever had.
The album also features 16 guest vocalists from legendary bands such as AT THE GATES, ABORTED, DEMILICH, AUTOPSY, GOD MACABRE, PENTAGRAM CHILE, MASSACRE, PAGANIZER, SINISTER, INCANTATION, PURTENANCE, MORTICIAN, SUPURATION, INTERMENT, NECROPHILIAC and DETERIOROT, making this release a true tribute to the history of the international Death Metal underground.
This 2-CD edition includes an extensive 20-page booklet packed with photos and information, while the second disc contains the same tracks in their original recordings, allowing listeners to follow the band's evolution from its earliest years to the present day.
