Debut EP from 2018 by the Polish HAUNTED CENOTAPH, a heavy and funerary blast of Death/ Doom Metal strongly influenced by early death-doom pioneers, where slow, dense and dragging riffs dominate alongside a dark and sepulchral atmosphere. “Nightmares from Beyond” builds a raw and primitive sound focused on heaviness and a constant sense of oppression.
The material moves within a classic Death/ Doom framework, with simple yet hypnotic structures, rough production and a clear inspiration drawn from the underground scene of the late 80s and early 90s.
