9th album from 2024 by this Swedish Death Metal project led by the tireless Rogga Johansson, one of the most prolific musicians in the Scandinavian extreme Metal scene. Released two years after "Born to Be Dead", the album continues REVOLTING's impressive run of releases, remaining fully committed to the primitive and dark Death Metal traditions of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Its sound combines the heaviness of classic Swedish Death Metal with influences from the more morbid and rotten side of American Death Metal, driven by crushing riffs, dark melodies, sick atmospheres and a strong supernatural horror theme. Direct, aggressive and deeply old school in spirit, the album once again showcases Rogga Johansson's remarkable ability to capture the essence of the genre's classic era while retaining freshness and impact.
