2nd album from 2007 by this veteran Spanish band from Nerja, active since 1982 and one of the most distinctive acts to emerge from the Iberian Hardcore Punk scene. Arriving more than a decade after "Clon" (1994), MG-15 returned with a release that preserved its confrontational spirit while embracing stronger Crust Punk, D-Beat and Crossover/ Thrash Metal influences.
"The Black Album" delivers an intense, dark and direct sound built around aggressive riffing, forceful rhythms and lyrics focused on social criticism, war and human decay. Supported by a strong production and a clearly defined identity, the band displays considerable songwriting maturity without sacrificing the urgency and energy that have always defined its music.
