Official 2025 archival release by the Chilean UNDERCROFT, a compilation of demos recorded between 1993 and 1995 that brings together the tapes “To the Final Battle” (1993) and “Demons Awake, Revenge Is Near” (1993), two essential documents from the band’s earliest phase within the South American Thrash/ Death Metal underground. This reissue also includes three bonus tracks recorded in 2024, along with a new cover artwork for this revised edition.
The material shows UNDERCROFT in its most primitive form: aggressive riffs, straightforward structures and a raw intensity typical of the early-90s extreme scene, with a sound rooted in the most violent Thrash and early Death Metal, clearly leaning towards classic brutality.
